Miss Charity Wakefield

We would like to use the Miss Wakefield competition to help raise funds for charity. All the finalists are being invited to raise funds for our chosen charity which is ‘The Wakefield Hospice’ .which provides a special kind of care to the local community .

The top fundraiser will be awarded a prize and the title Miss Charity Wakefield during the final show.

2009

Finalist Rachel Henshaw organised a coffee morning in aid of the Wakefield Hospice at Pizza Express in the Xscape Complex.

Delicious home made cakes and cookies made by Rachel and her Mum were sold and a Raffle was held with fantastic prizes of meals for 2 and a hamper donated by Pizza Express.
